In Val d’Isere, our brand new Silverstone chalet-hotel welcomed guests for the first time this Christmas. Nestled at the heart of this characterful alpine village, Silverstone occupies a ski-in, ski-out location with unparalleled levels of luxury. We’re sure our guests will enjoy the private swimming pool, in addition to our private catering services, exceptional concierge experiences and the stunning interiors in each property.

Meanwhile over in Méribel, the exclusive Falcon opens its doors on the eve of the Christmas holidays. The location here is exceptional, close enough to the centre of the village and the ski lifts, but at the same time secluded and private for a truly relaxing mountain holiday. The swimming pool and spa areas are sure to be welcome after a day in the mountains, after choosing your equipment at the Annaski ski-shop to enjoy the 3 Vallées ski area, while the large balconies and terraces are perfect for taking in the views.

Val d’Isere Calling!
We asked the Alpine Residences team at Silverstone to share some of their highlights for the forthcoming months. Don’t forget that our concierge teams are on hand throughout your holiday to help you plan your perfect mountain holiday in Val d’Isere.
New Year’s Eve is a very big deal indeed in Val d’Isere - the village is famous for hosting a party worthy of a late night. From 9pm we’ll gather at the bottom of the slopes for live DJs including Duo Sound and Yuksek, alongside laser shows and a spectacular fireworks display at midnight. Don’t miss this one!
Opus Classicaval Festival is the perfect January event after the heady celebrations of December. Val d’Isere is full of culture and tradition, this festival gathers music lovers for a three-day event from 15th January for a more tranquil way to enjoy the slopes.

Our favourite ♥: Discover the suite-chalet no. 1, which can accommodate up to 10 people - maximum 8 adults - in its 227 m². It has four bedrooms with a double bed, a cabin room with a bunk bed and five en suite bathrooms. The little extra: a private swimming pool inside the suite.
Making Memories in Meribel
It’s no secret that Meribel is one of the most family-friendly mountain resorts in the French Alps and as you’d expect, there’s an action-packed itinerary of events to keep everyone in your ski group entertained. Here, our Falcon team share some of their favourites.
Meribel hosts not one but three different parties on New Year’s Eve with family friendly activities throughout the different sectors of the village. There’ll be live music and dancing into the night and a wonderful firework display to ring in the new year. We also love that the village shuttle busses run until 2am!
Aside from its world-class skiing, Meribel is also famous for stand up comedy and we love the return of the Franglish Comedy Festival in February each year. Each evening different stand up acts take to the stage, in their English or French, to add real evening entertainment to your ski holiday. These events are exceptionally good fun and take place at the Maison du Tourisme in the centre of the village.
