As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to throw the world off-balance, and with it many people’s holiday plans, we’ve developed a flexible booking policy to help safeguard your escape to the mountains for this coming year. The security and trust of our guests is an imperative part of the service we offer, so it means a lot to us to be able to offer you flexible terms for your future holidays.
We know that the global pandemic has caused extra levels of stress and anxiety to those who’ve been unable to take sentimental and often long-saved-for holidays, and we want you enjoy the beautiful French Alps without having to worry about losing your money or go through the stress of claiming through your travel insurance. So if you book your summer 2020 or winter 2020-2021 holiday between the 10th April and the 31st August you’ll be entitled to a full refund (excluding booking fees and cancellation management fees) if you’re unable to travel due to COVID-19 related circumstances. This policy covers you all the way up until the end of April 2021, allowing you to take some time to plan your holiday and book with confidence.

During this period of uncertainty it’s important you feel assured that you can rely on us to look after your best interests in times of crisis. Having provided refunds or alternative holiday dates for all our guests who’d booked to stay with us this March and April, this initiative will provide some security to our future guests, too. After all, while we’re spending this time confined to our houses and apartments, looking after our children and working from home, the idea of a relaxing mountain break has never seemed more appealing.
Currently all of our residences are scheduled to reopen at the beginning of June and we want you to know that when they do, you can expect to find a safe environment that strictly adheres to the most up-to-date COVID-19 prevention practices. We’ll be keeping a close eye on the latest developments to make sure you feel safe during your stay with us and are able to enjoy the space, tranquillity and beauty of the mountains.
We have plenty of luxurious chalets and apartments for you to choose from, so whether you’re after a fun group holiday, some relaxing time with your family or a romantic break, we have something for you. All our chalets and apartments are fully equipped, offering you complete independence during your stay alongside access to a host of extra services, ranging from daily cleans and breakfast deliveries to on-site spa and fitness facilities.
